Two New Features to Give you Back More Time
While every clinic is unique in its own way, we’ve heard a few things consistently this year across all clinics. Of course, COVID-19 has had an impact on clinics and adding additional burdens to an already hectic schedule most clinics have. Our goal this last month was to offer features that give you back valuable time during the day. Who knows, maybe you’ll even have time to have a sip of water 🙂
No face time with Pet Owners, no problem
The first thing we heard was that with curbside pickup, there is very little time to speak to the pet owner and explain new concepts like MedcoVet. So we launched a new feature (available in the portal and on your phone) called Send Pet Owner Info.
Instead of trying to cram education into a 1 minute conversation with the pet owner, you can fill out the above form and MedcoVet will reach out to your client and educate them about MedcoVet and how it could help their pet. This way you get back time and your clients get the confidence that MedcoVet is right for them.
If you’d like to use this feature, please reach out to us and we can set you up to use it.
Custom or Standard Protocols? Yes.
The second concern we heard is that clinics have “goto protocols” that they use, which aren’t the standard MedcoVet protocols. They are so busy that creating that protocol everytime takes valuable minutes away from reviewing other cases.
So, we now offer each clinic the ability to have their own custom protocols that make new case creation go that much more quickly. If you have a custom protocol that you use regularly, just send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can create a custom protocol that will show up in your conditions list.
If you have any ideas for how to make MedcoVet better, never hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll make your ideas happen.
At MedcoVet, we aim to make light therapy available and affordable to anyone that needs it. So, we would like anyone interested, curious, practiced or skeptical to join our community and the discussion.
